The little things make it all worthwhile...

It's been a rough night. I was feeling lonely, some punk kid turned the fridge off and everything in it is now warm, it's 10 PM and my kids are no where close to asleep... you get the idea. I was feeling sorry for myself. Then I went to get myself a drink and found this......






Nothing like a child to remind us that those simple acts of kindness can mean everything to someone :)

I can tell you it certainly improved my mood and made me feel loved!

Some Sewing for Amelia

Amelia needed some new shirts and a new dance outfit ( because she's moving up a class and now wears black :) )It's amazing to me how much I enjoy sewing again now. Selling things I sewed killed the joy of it for me. When I quit I didn't sew for over a year unless necessary, but now I feel my creativity back in full force and I love it once again!

Her new dance duds... the pink trim has sweet little black butterflies on it too :)

And some new napkins and cute butterfly napkin holders the kids made :)
